Hotel Marina El Cid was established in 1995.It is supported by a professional   marina and offers facilities like fishing, sailing and cruising.  La Ceiba was purchased in 2001. The hotel has 60 rooms and a pleasing landscape.

The Riviera Maya was opened in 2006. It has 342 guest rooms and   offers numerous world class facilities such as pools, waterslides, shops and restaurants. Overall the club has locales in countries like England, Mexico and Spain making it, a truly global entity. The club is synonymous with lavish cruises which allow passengers to engage in parties, shopping, games, gambling and excursions.

As an organization El Cid Vacation believes in giving members various benefits.  To begin with members are given priority as far as advanced reservations are concerned. Such reservations can be made to any resort location as requested by members. A free exchange   program managed by the RCI permits members to access some selected Wyndham resorts.  Members may also exchange club points with a week at a RCI affiliated resort. Members who earn in excess of 300,000 points in a year qualify as VIP members. Certain discount programmes and additional facilities are also given to members. Club points may also be used to book airline tickets and rent cars. Those who qualify as VIP members enjoy additional benefits like,   free   reservation transactions, early check-ins, free guest confirmations and reservation discount points.
